Jason is a highly experienced senior professional within the financial services sector, with a long successful career developed across Capital Markets, Investment Management and Custody Services and over a decade, providing Advisory and Consulting to organisations.
A recognised expert in operations, financial products, process, regulations, and controls. A technical subject matter expert used to managing and running daily post trade processes and complexed multi-layer programmes.
Bringing a proven track record of business development, process and systems efficiency, delivery of re-structuring, recovery & resolution, and remediation. Paired with his approach to business and process review, strategy development and deployment, risk mitigation, governance and assurance, Jason brings the experience and a wealth of knowledge and understanding across the sector to deliver results.
Jason previously Managing Partner of the OCREUS Group and prior, had a lengthy banking career holding senior management roles at Barclays, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for numerous Capital Market and Investment Management roles including: Prime Brokerage, Global Head of Collateral Management, Head of Fixed Income Middle office and European Head of Asset Management Operations.
Jason worked with the PwC Administrators in an interim executive role for the Lehman Brothers Administration. With responsibility for the transformation and simplification of a bespoke operational framework and support model, focused on realising asset value, process re-engineering and commercial creditor returns. Core functional responsibilities for operations, operations control, treasury and change management.
Jason additionally sits on the boards of a Artificial Intelligence technology firm and an Resourcing Solutions firm.
Jason works with firms through advisory, strategy and execution helping them develop and accelerate their business and financial product development, manage business integrations, operating models, process and transformation to drive and create enhanced value along with helping navigation through the regulatory environments through his FCA / PRA Skilled person and shadow assurance review experience.
